Civil Filing and Appearance Fees will be increasing by $9 effective Monday, September 19, 2016, pursuant to Public Act 99-0859 which enacted a $9 Supreme Court E-Business Fee to be assessed on the first pleading, paper or other appearance filed by each party for all Civil case types with the exception of Adoption, MR-Administrative Review and Change of Venue.
